Returns
You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is because of our mistake, like a wrong or defective item, we'll pay the return shipping.
How to start a return. Email sales@nicbase.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We'll reply quickly with instructions.
When you'll get your refund. Most refunds arrive within four weeks of handing your package to the carrier, and often sooner. That covers transit back to us (5–10 business days), processing once we receive it (3–5 business days), and your bank's processing time (5–10 business days).
Shipping
All orders ship from the US by USPS. Orders usually leave our facility within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates for each USPS service are shown at checkout.
Where we ship. We currently ship to the United States, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. This list can change, and checkout shows only the countries we can ship to today. Some products may have additional restrictions by destination.
Age verification. Nicotine products are sold only to adults of legal age. Your age is verified by AgeChecker during checkout, and orders that can't be verified won't ship.
Shipping rates. Rates are based on weight. Each product's weight is listed on its page, and weights are rounded up to the next full pound to match USPS pricing.
